For great nightlife, Las Vegas is a great place to go. With so many high-end hotel casinos on the strip and throughout the city, the nightlife is amazing. There are many places to go from the hot and trendy to the fun and down to earth. Most of the trendy clubs can be found within hotels on the strip, some of these include Coyote Ugly (NY/NY), Rain (Palms), Moon (Palms), Blush (Wynn), Dixie’s Dam Country Bar (Hooters) and Ghostbar (Palms). Most of these are on the famous Las Vegas Strip. Some of the Casinos, but the Palms for example is slightly west of the strip.
There is also an abundance of adult entertainment establishments and regular clubs throughout the city. Most clubs have cover charges which are usually discounted to locals. If you love country music there is a great club on the south end of the strip called Stoney’s Rock and Country that has been open just over a year and will open a second location in Santa Fe Station around the end of the 2008.
When going out on the town in Las Vegas it is a very good idea to plan your night and to make sure you know what clubs require cover charges. If you decide to club hop make a definite plan to have a designated driver or hire a car. Above all make a great night of it, have fun and see the beautiful city from one end to the other. With so many places to go there is a club for every type of person or group.
